Shipping & Returns

I am currently shipping within Canada, and internationally.

Pickup options are available from my studio at 1000 Parker Street, Vancouver, Canada.

Returns:

All orders are final sale and I do not do any returns. Any damage that occurs during shipping is out of my hands but please get in touch with me if this happens and we can figure something out.

Prints:

A flat rate applies to Canada, USA, and international orders.

Shipping for prints should take between 1-3 weeks as I manage packaging and processing - please be patient as I am a one woman team doing all that I can to get you your pieces!

If you live outside the USA and Canada shipping timelines for prints may take a bit longer.

Originals:

Shipping costs will be quoted for all original paintings after purchase (except my mini series of 4 × 4” paintings where flat rates are applied at checkout). This quote will include a couple of options including expedited shipping, 3-5 business days, etc.

All originals are wrapped in glassine to protect from dust and moisture and then in bubble wrap and packaged in a cardboard box with corner protection.

If you choose to ship your painting rolled - this will involve rolling the unstretched canvas in glassine and placing it in a hard cardboard tube. This shipment option is recommended for international orders. It is up to the collector to then bring in the rolled painting to a framing store or gallery to have the canvas stretched.

All paintings are shipped with insurance and tracking numbers.
