When in Paris is an original oil painting inspired by a trip with my sister — her first time seeing the Eiffel Tower. It was one of those moments you never forget — surreal, a little emotional, and full of that magic you can’t really put into words.

This piece captures a picnic we had under the Eiffel Tower: French butter, blue cheese, brie, flaky pastries, a fresh baguette, and wine. All the good things.

Painting this scene was a way for me to hold onto that memory — the feeling of slowing down, taking it all in, and sharing something simple and special.

I hope it reminds you of travel, connection, and the little moments that stay with you long after the trip is over.
